At The Inner Key, I use the ATTUNED neuroaffirming coaching model because it’s designed specifically to support neurodivergent minds — whether you’re navigating ADHD, Autism, or other forms of neurodiversity.
Here’s what ATTUNED stands for:

Who am I?
Hi, I’m Anna. I’m a mum of three amazing (and neurodiverse) young adults, and I was diagnosed with ADHD myself at 42 — after a lifetime of feeling like I was broken, scattered, or just “not good enough.” For years, I struggled with misdiagnosed depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and a brain that just wouldn’t work the way I thought it “should.” Sound familiar?
Parenting neurodiverse kids while figuring out my own neurodivergence was exhausting, confusing, and often lonely — but it also became my biggest motivation. Over time, I found ways to manage the chaos, built strategies that actually worked for my brain, and learned to be so much kinder to myself.
Now, through The Inner Key, I offer neurodiversity coaching to help others do the same. I especially love working with fellow mums navigating ADHD or autism (diagnosed or undiagnosed), women moving through perimenopause and menopause, and young adults (18–25) trying to figure out how to be independent, find work or study, and advocate for themselves. This is an inclusive space though and I welcome enquiries from everyone.
I believe you already hold the answers you need — sometimes you just need a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to help you find them. Together, we can sort through the overwhelm, figure out where the real barriers are, and build practical tools that work for you.
